📜 Terms and Conditions – AES Nation TV Welcome to AES Nation TV. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully. 1️⃣ Services AES Nation TV provides entertainment services including show bookings, event hosting, event setup, media production, promotions, and digital content distribution. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. 2️⃣ Booking & Payments A non-refundable deposit (minimum 50%) is required to confirm all bookings. Full payment must be completed before or on the event date. Dates are not secured without payment confirmation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed. 3️⃣ Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate event details including: Date and time Venue/location Type of event Technical requirements Failure to provide correct information may affect service delivery. 4️⃣ Cancellation & Refunds All cancellations and refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy. Deposits are non-refundable. 5️⃣ Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date and are subject to availability. 6️⃣ Digital Products All digital downloads, promotional services, and media-related purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. 7️⃣ Liability AES Nation TV shall not be held responsible for: Venue-related issues Power failures beyond our control Delays caused by clients or third parties Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies) 8️⃣ Intellectual Property All content, logos, media, branding materials, and productions remain the property of AES Nation TV unless otherwise agreed in writing. 9️⃣ Privacy Client information submitted through our website is used strictly for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared unlawfully. 🔟 Amendments AES Nation TV reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
